The CSA - Clinic Supported Agriculture - is a commitment of the Buchinger Wilhelmi Clinic, with the purpose of producing high quality food in an ethical and sustainable way. Integrating a direct relationship with the local community, and reevaluating the business fabric of small producers, in order to promote healthy lifestyles and an increasing ecological awareness.
With a practice of natural agriculture, vegetables and fruits are generated throughout the year to meet the demands of the clinic. More than 120 annual varieties are produced from proximity, seasonality and promoting ancient seeds of this bioregion.
A system, developing and evolving continuously, supporting farmers in their annual planning, agreeing and guaranteeing fair prices for the products and providing advice and technical assistance in their production.
Every year,we produce hundred of different varieties of vegetables, with leafy vegetables being our favorites, in which seven different varieties of lettuce are produced. .
